Application
Suitable for plat screen and rotary screen printing conveyor belt, as a water-based table adhesive use! Generally, it is added to the conveyor belt groove and washed at the tail, which can greatly reduce the number of times that the oily table glue needs to be cleaned and improve production efficiency.

Characteristic
It is easily soluble in water at room temperature, and the aqueous solution is transparent. Non-toxic and harmless, safe and environmentally friendly. At room temperature, its water-soluble PH value is about 5-7, viscosity is stable, almost not affected by weak acids, weak bases or organic solvents (esters, ketones, higher alcohols, hydrocarbons), and its oil resistance is extremely high.
Usage
10KG table adhesive powder, mixed with 90kg water to prepare 100KG water-based table adhesive; Use water on the basis of 100KG as appropriate. First, put the water into the stirred tank at the speed of 300-600r/min to stir and disperse, slowly add the platform glue powder into the stirred tank according to the ratio, stir at a constant speed for 1 hour, let stand for 24 hours, and then use after transparent liquid is shown.
Packing & Storage
20KG/25KG kraft paper bag, sealed in a dry and cool place, can be stored for 2 years without moisture!
