Product Description

Discharge Paste Series

This series of products are two component odorless discharge paste, suitable for discharge print of cotton fabric, denim, synthetic fiber, have the advantage of good whiteness, good fastness, bright color and soft hand feel.

Knitting fabric use the knit discharge agent DK, denim use denim discharge agent DJ. Suitable for handmade and machine printing. Customers can choose different products according to different requirements.

Process

1. Knit discharge printing:

Printing(Once, two or three knives)→Surface dry→Heat treatment(baking at 150^o C*1min/pressing at 155^o C*10s )→washing (wash with warm water, not scrub)
 

1. Denim discharge printing:

Printing(Hard scraper, two version twice)→heat treatment(baking at 160-170^o C*1min/pressing at 160-170^o C*10-15s )→Various washing

Notes 
Please use immediately after mixing, once the discharge agent is mixed into the discharge paste, will gradually lose efficacy, please use up within 8 hours after mixing.
 After printing, please heat treatment discharge paste as soon as possible, otherwise the discharge agent will be gradually oxidized by oxygen in the air and lose efficacy.
 Any fabric should be tested before discharge printing to observe the degree of wash out colors and whether have the problem of color reduction (Some dyes will be partially reduced in the air after discharge printing, return to the color before discharge printing)
 For higher fastness, can add our special fixing agent MF-100
 Discharge paste is stored above 4ºC and cannot be used after freezing; stored in sealed and dry place

Eco-friendly and Safety  Issues
* Denim discharge is Baby-grade Eco-friendly, harmful substances free
* Any knitting discharge agent have high formaldehyde, so when operating, avoiding to touch low formaldehyde printing. Recommend to use different printing workshops or equipment for the discharge printing process
* Our company is not responsible for claims of formaldehyde problem when knitting discharge printing
* Water washing can decrease the formaldehyde content

Warn
!Denim discharge agent will catch fire when touch water, when handling make sure tool is completely dry
!Denim discharge agent mixed with knitting discharge agent will catch fire, please separately store in sealed place, and not store with other flammable and explosive products
!The discharge agent is chemical substance, during the production operation, should use gloves and other protective measures. Accidentally touch eyes or skin should be washed with lots of water, and consult doctor in time
