Recipe Introduction
1. Make glue paste

* Grasp of thin consistency: the thinner the paste, the better the penetration, hand feeling, fastness; The thicker the paste, the more paste, the better the three-dimensional sense, covering, whiteness and elasticity.
- Make semi-glue, cover printing paste
* The dosage of binder determines fastness, and the dosage of titanium dioxide paste determines covering power.
* Due to semi-glue, cover printing paste without elasticity requirements, in the premise of guarantee fastness, choose the least dosage of binder, can also choose regular pigment printing binder
- Make imitation discharge paste
* Have obvious cost advantage
* The dosage not add too much, otherwise will affect the hand feeling, and there will be adhesion and semi-adhesive effect
* Need to add a certain dosage of emulsifying agent and softening agent, to enhance penetration and hand feeling
* When fastness is not enough, can additional add a certain dosage of crosslinking agent. Do not use fixing agent that can affect the hand feeling, can choose MF-100 fixing agent of our company
