MF-100 Binder Fixer

Application

Suitable for binder (solid paste), water paste, glue paste, flash paste and other water-based printing paste

 

Advantages & Application

 

1. The washing fastness can be increased to 4-5 with a small dosage
2. Under the premise of not increasing the cost, enhance the washing     fastness and wet friction fastness of the printing paste, and improve the wash fading and whitening phenomena of the fabric.
3. Adding a small dosage of binder fixer MF-100 can reduce the dosage of binder by 30% to 50%, so as to obtain the perfect combination of hand feel and fastness.
4. MF-100 is a normal temperature binder fixer, which can reduce high temperature baking, improving efficiency and energy saving emission reduction.
5. Not affect the stability and operational of the color paste, and has minimal influence on the hand feeling of the fabric
6. No formaldehyde, odorless, more environmentally friendly
