MF-706 Glitter Binder

Specification
Suitable for glitter powder, glitter flake, colorful flake, flash flake, reflective powder, night lights powder, etc powder flake printing on textile fabrics.

Application & Advantages
This product is suitable for onion flake printing of cotton, TC, wool, fleece, panne velvet, cotton blend textile fabric; and paper(Spring Festival Couplets),wallpaper wall painting fabric, etc; full glossy, good fastness, soft hand feeling,better washable resistance

Can add Softening agent, fixing agent and others, please do compatibility test before use

Process
(Mesh 30-50) the "ratio" as above of the paste on the surface cover printing 2-3 times →baking, drying → Pressing at 120-150ºC for 5-10 seconds or heat treatment with baking oven at 130-150ºC baking for 3-5 minutes. Please use up as soon as possible to avoid oxidized
